E como ela é importante, respirar é essencial para a vida e a chave para a sua saúde, harmonia e paz de espírito. Afinal de contas, durante a gravidez&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;e o parto, você respira por você e pelo bebê; portanto é melhor se assegurar &amp;nbsp;de que esteja respirando bem.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fique calma, não é preciso aprender nenhuma técnica respiratória especial para o parto. Simplesmente adquira o hábito de respirar profundamente durante suas tarefas, e você verá que fará isso naturalmente durante o parto, em harmonia com os movimento naturais do corpo.&lt;br /&gt;Então vamos lá!!!&lt;b&gt; &amp;nbsp;Procure um lugar tranquilo, ou ao ar livre para começar a praticar. Sente confortavelmente, feche os olhos e concentre-se na respiração, jogue o ar devagar para fora pela boca, e puxe para dentro, delicadamente pelo nariz. &lt;/b&gt;Sinta a expiração como se ela começasse acima da espinha e descesse a coluna vertebral até o cóccix.
